Ducket LLC · SKIP AD

Privacy notice

This notice covers SKIP AD for Android, package ai.ducket.skipad, and this website.

Effective: Updated: Revision: 2026-08-25

Release status: SKIP AD is not released yet. The build available to testers does not start advertising, consent, purchase, or entitlement services. The Android release is being prepared with the services described here.

1. Summary

No Ducket account

There is no SKIP AD sign-in, player profile, or Ducket cloud save.

Game progress stays local

Scores, settings, unlocks, and other game state are stored on the device.

Restricted lane for players under 18

Monetization and gacha are unavailable, and the release services described below are not initialized.

Limited adult monetization

The planned adult lane has optional rewarded ads and one non-consumable purchase.

2. Who is responsible

Ducket LLC ("Ducket," "we," or "us") develops and publishes SKIP AD and is responsible for the processing described in this notice. This notice applies only to SKIP AD and this website.

3. Data stored on the device

SKIP AD stores one game-save record in local app storage. It can include:

  • scores, progress, level, streak, mission, and daily-play state;
  • in-game coins, power-ups, tokens, rewards, and unlocks;
  • collected fictional ads, cosmetic themes, effects, pets, and service-pack progress;
  • gameplay counters and dates used for local progression;
  • sound, vibration, tutorial, motion, and reduced-flash preferences; and
  • the local result of the neutral age gate used to select the restricted or adult lane.

This save record is not tied to a Ducket account. Ducket cannot view it, recover it, or identify a player from it.

Android backup and transfer

The Android manifest currently allows backup. Depending on the Android version, device maker, Google account, and backup settings, Android may back up or transfer some app data. Ducket does not receive that backup. Final release-device testing of WebView save restoration remains open.

4. Age gate and release lanes

Before release monetization can initialize, SKIP AD uses a neutral local age gate. The choice is used on the device to select one of two lanes:

  • Restricted lane: for players who identify as under 18. Monetization and gacha are unavailable. RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform are not initialized.
  • Adult lane: for players who identify as 18 or older. Optional rewarded ads, privacy choices, and the one-time purchase described below may be available.

SKIP AD does not ask for a name, birthday, identity document, or Ducket account to make this selection.

5. Release services and data they process

The current local build does not initialize these services. When the adult release lane is enabled, it will use the following providers for the stated purposes.

Google Play and Google Play Billing

Google processes store, download, device, account, payment, and transaction information to distribute the app and complete purchases. Ducket can receive product, transaction or purchase-token, purchase-state, and entitlement-related information. Ducket does not receive full payment-card details.

Google Privacy Policy

RevenueCat

RevenueCat verifies the Ad Smasher 2000 purchase and restores the entitlement. It can process an anonymous app user identifier, product and purchase history, store transaction or purchase-token information, entitlement state, and technical diagnostics. We use this information to complete purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, and resolve purchase-support cases.

The app shows a local Support ID only when a purchase is pending, already owned, or has an error that may need recovery.

RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Google Mobile Ads

The adult lane may offer three optional rewarded-ad placements: Continue, Daily Gacha Token, and Double Coins. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process IP address and general location inferred from it, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and security.

Ducket's release configuration requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher first-party ID, and does not request Android's AD_ID permission. Those settings limit personalization; they do not mean that Google processes no data.

Google advertising and data

Google User Messaging Platform

Google's User Messaging Platform presents applicable consent or privacy messages and records the player's privacy choices. It processes the device, app, request, and choice information needed to present and honor those controls.

6. Why information is processed

The release services process the information described above only for these purposes:

  • distributing and maintaining the app;
  • completing, verifying, and restoring the one-time purchase;
  • delivering a rewarded ad that an adult player chooses to open;
  • recording and honoring advertising privacy choices;
  • detecting fraud, abuse, crashes, and technical failures; and
  • answering support or privacy requests.

SKIP AD has no separate analytics or tracker SDK. Ducket does not sell player information for money or build Ducket advertising profiles.

7. Ads, privacy choices, and purchases

Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional and limited to the adult lane. A player chooses whether to open one of the available placements in exchange for the stated in-game reward. The release configuration requests non-personalized ads.

Privacy choices

Where required, the adult lane presents Google's consent or privacy-options flow before an ad request. A privacy-options entry remains available in the app so an adult player can revisit those choices.

Ad Smasher 2000

Ad Smasher 2000 is a planned $2.99 Google Play non-consumable purchase. Google Play handles payment. RevenueCat verifies the purchase and entitlement. Purchase availability and price shown by Google Play control at the time of purchase.

8. Retention and deletion

Local game data

The installed game-save record remains until the app overwrites it, the player clears the app's storage, or the app is uninstalled. Ducket has no server copy to delete.

Clearing storage or uninstalling removes the installed local copy, but does not guarantee permanent deletion from Android backup or device-transfer systems. A backup may remain under a Google account or device setting and may restore after reinstall or device transfer.

Purchase and service-provider data

Ducket and its service providers retain purchase, entitlement, consent, security, and support records only as long as needed for the purposes above, including transaction verification, entitlement restoration, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Provider backups and security logs may remain for a limited period under each provider's retention practices.

Requests

To request access to or deletion of information held through a purchase or support interaction, email privacy@skip-ad.xyz. Include the local Support ID only if the app shows one during a purchase-recovery problem. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant record. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

9. Children and teenagers

SKIP AD is not directed to children under 13. Players who identify as ages 13 to 17 use the restricted lane described above. If you believe a child under 13 sent personal information to Ducket through a support interaction, contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.

10. This website

This site uses plain HTML, CSS, images, and a local font. It has no JavaScript, cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, forms, or remote assets.

Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and may process IP addresses, traffic-routing data, system configuration, and other request metadata needed to deliver and protect it. Ducket does not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, Zaraz, or another client-side measurement service here.

The public app-ads.txt file contains only Ducket's authorized AdMob publisher record; it contains no player information.

Cloudflare Privacy Policy

11. Service locations and security

Google, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare may process information in the United States and other places where they or their service providers operate. They use their own technical, organizational, and contractual safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

12. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice before SKIP AD's data behavior materially changes. The revision and date at the top identify the published version.
